Quesadillas La Herreña was founded in 1982 in the town of La Frontera on the island of El Hierro. In 2005 the company and its brandnames were sold to the company "Leben de Fabricados, S.L." with the intention for further development on the canarian market.
Today you can find us on nearly all the Canary Islands in the alimentation departments of companies like El Corte Inglés, Hiperdino, Mercadona, Alcampo, Carrefour and many others.
Our factory is placed at La Prontera. In the fabrication of our sweets we maintain the same handicraft spirit which already inspired our ancestors
Our main proposition on the island of El Hierro always has been the recuperation of traditional recipes of such representative products as La Quesadilla, Cheese of almonds, Mantecados, Almondrads and others.
